This 6-week series is designed to help you build a strong and confident yoga practice from the ground up. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics, each class offers a supportive environment to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Throughout the series, you’ll be introduced to foundational yoga poses, breathwork techniques, and simple flows, along with key concepts from yoga philosophy such as the 8 Limbs, Yamas & Niyamas, and mudras. You'll learn how to move with greater awareness, understand the “why” behind the practice, and gain tools to support your physical and mental well-being both on and off the mat.

Come as you are, this is a place of non judgement.
Suggested to wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we have one for you to use during class.
