Join Reiki Master Heather and Energy Sound Facilitator Marissa for 90 minutes of deep rest and energetic renewal.
Together, we’ll gather in a nurturing space centered around a calming crystal grid. There is no movement in this session—only stillness and comfort. You are invited to cocoon yourself in blankets, pillows, and anything else that helps you fully relax.
While Heather offers gentle Reiki energy, Marissa will guide you through a sound journey using Crystal Bowls, to infuse the vibration healing tones. This immersive experience is designed to help release tension, clear energy blocks, and leave you feeling balanced and restored.

Point of Stillness - Acupuncture, yoga, & sound
Experience the powerful synergy of gentle movement, ancient healing, and vibrational sound. This unique event begins with a gentle yoga sequence led by Marissa, designed to calm the body and prepare you for deep rest. As you settle into an extended Savasana, Dr. Sammy—a licensed chiropractor—will offer optional acupuncture treatments to stimulate energy flow, reduce stress, and promote internal balance.
While the acupuncture works on key energetic points, you'll be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls to enhance relaxation and deepen the healing experience.
Whether you’re curious about acupuncture or seeking a deeply restorative rest, this session offers a safe, welcoming introduction to this traditional modality, paired with the comfort of yoga and sound.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Acupuncture is completely optional and tailored to your comfort.
What to bring - Yoga mat, blanket, bolster and anything that will allow you to lay comfortably.
If you do not have a mat and props, we have some at the studio for you to borrow during the session.

Foundations of Yoga 6 Week Series
This 6-week series is designed to help you build a strong and confident yoga practice from the ground up. Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics, each class offers a supportive environment to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Throughout the series, you’ll be introduced to foundational yoga poses, breathwork techniques, and simple flows, along with key concepts from yoga philosophy such as the 8 Limbs, Yamas & Niyamas, and mudras. You'll learn how to move with greater awareness, understand the “why” behind the practice, and gain tools to support your physical and mental well-being both on and off the mat.
You’re welcome to sign up for the full series at a discounted rate or drop in for individual classes as your schedule allows.

In this session, we will move through a series of long-held, passive postures designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and support the body’s connective tissues. As you settle into each pose, the harmonious sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments will create a vibrational soundscape to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and enhance your body’s natural healing process.
Perfect for all levels, this class is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and nourish yourself on a deep level. Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a moment of stillness, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing offers a sacred space for restoration and renewal.
No prior yoga or sound healing experience necessary. Just bring yourself, an open heart, and a willingness to receive.
Myra Bailey is a Trauma-Informed RYT 200, RYT 500 (expected completion February 2026) with a diverse knowledge of yoga practices, including certifications in Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga. Myra is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner who guides you through a meditation of movement to enhance the connection of mind, body, and breath.
Gayla Downey is a Sound Practitioner certified in Sonic Massage who utilizes the principles of Sound Therapy using Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Gayla is also a Trauma-Informed RYT-500, Reiki Practitioner, and Holistic Coach.

Intro to Pole Dance Series
Step into the world of Pole Dance with our Intro to Pole Dance Basics Series. This series will consist of three total classes over three weeks, each class is 75min. Oct 25th, Nov 1st, & Nov 8th
You will be introduced to basic spins, tricks, strength conditioning and flexibility training while building confidence to incorporate your own unique style of movement in a supportive environment.
This series is designed for complete beginners or someone who needs a refresher of the basics. Once you have completed the series, you will have a strong foundation to build on.

During this Sound Bath Linda will incorporate gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, rain-sticks, and many other instruments to take the group on a meditative journey. During this 90 min workshop Ashley from Namaste Outdoors, will cover what Shadow Work is, why it's necessary for deeper self healing and how to begin the work yourself.
Whether you are at the beginning stages of your healing journey or this has been a llife long journey, shadow work can be the catalyst for real change. By gaining insight into duality, unconscious patterns and behaviors, you begin to find freedom through a deeper self awareness.

SoulFlow™ Full Moon Immersion w/ Tiffany
Introducing SoulFlow™Embodiment a sacred somatic full moon immersion—a space to pour into yourself and embark on a journey of self-discovery. It’s time to release, recharge, and rediscover the harmony within.
SoulFlow™ is a somatic practice of embodiment. It is intuitively lead and does not follow any choreography. The modality is based on the foundation of 4 phases following the 3 M’s Movement, Meditation, and Mantra.
In this 60 minute workshop, you are guided to a sacred coming home party! We do this by creating a safe container for you to move freely, deeply, and lovingly while returning back to the body ... and ultimately self love. Through SoulFlow™, you can transcend trauma, release limitations, and embody your authentic self with confidence. When we can get out of our minds and into our bodies™, it is here where we begin to cultivate long-term, sustainable success on our terms and with our definition. It is here where our movement begins to lead a movement. In the sessions, we use the modality (and music theory!) to activate our Alpha and Theta brain waves to bring us into a flow state (a state typically only accessible by deep rest). By using this method, we can tap into the part of our brain that is associated with a more relaxed state and open the portals for us to stop focusing so hard on our desired outcomes. Through a multi-modality somatic approach, Tiffany creates safe space for women to experience spiritual, mental, and physical harmony. Tiffany is a certified SoulFlow™ Master Practitioner Trainer, Love Vibe Facilitator, Usui/HolyFire®III Reiki ART Master, and Board-Certified Global Energy Method™ Master Practitioner. Tiffany integrates energy healing, somatics, and embodiment practices to guide women back home in their bodies and to the wisdom within. SoulFlow™ has held Tiffany through so much in her life, especially postpartum. It allowed her toget back into her body to reconnect with a part of herself that was lost. Tiffany believes movement is medicine and is excited to bring the magic of this practice to help support other women on their journey!

at 7:00 pm. This is an evening of manifesting, healing and an empowering experience!
Movement puts you in touch with the sacred, both within yourself and within the universe. Your meditation is a movement through all that you are. All aspects of you are here to journey with you through conscious movement.
Join Adriana as she guides us through embodiment with the heart opening elixir of sacred cacao. Following your own light of your heart and guided to access your power through breath. You will have moments of high energy, flowing, wild, stillness and connection with others as you free your soul, release the mind and find your bliss.
We encourage you to dress in the way your body resonates with moving freely and most comfortably.
We will begin with calling forward aspects we are holding onto that no longer serve us, setting an intention and drinking sacred cacao. As the cacao carries us into a deep connection with our heart and light we hold within we will be guided into our breath accessing our personal power. Feeling our radiant power we will begin gentle movement stretching and opening all our senses. The music will begin gentle, soft and slow while we stretch and bend moving in an upward flow. Through the duration of conscious movement the music ebbs and flows from slow and gentle to wild and primal.
This is NOT a place for judgement. Everyone is here to be free, to release and find bliss.
